Kid/child birch solid wood twin over twin loft bunk bed with student study/computer desk.

The Birch collection is made to endure the rigors of childhood. Each piece is crafted with the highest quality birch, every drawer is sturdy and spacious, every bed uses metal to metal connectors for added strength making this furniture ideal for any child�s room.

Features:

- This loft bed is made from solid red birch that is grown at a very high altitude. (The higher the altitude, the harder the wood.) The wood is kiln dried to assure that the moisture content is low to prevent twisting, cracking, or warping.

- The desk and dresser pieces of the loft bed can be used on either side, facing either direction.

- The finishing process involves a four step lacquer process and the only time that it is touched by hands is during the sanding process. It is possibly the smoothest finish that you have ever felt.

- All of the loft bed joints are metal to metal connections. The cam locks are pre-threaded, and taped in position to make for easy assembly.

- All slats for the loft bed are pre-screwed and tethered making a bunkie board unnessesary.

- The loft bed guard rails are held in place by the metal to metal connections and a series of �� maple dowels for stability.

- The loft bed drawers are solid pine wood construction on the sides and bottom and are English dovetailed front and back for long term durability. All drawers feature a completely finished interior with 4 coats of lacquer hand sanded between each coat of lacquer. Teflon coated Euro glides are used to assure easy opening and closing of the drawers and to keep the drawers square.

- The drawers on the case pieces and the loft bed use the full dimension of the case piece offering the most storage possible. (The drawers on the loft bed are 22� deep.)

- The loft bed ladder on the screws in for safety.

- The loft bed can also be used as 4 separate pieces.

- Packaged to exceed expectations. Foam wrapping and Styrofoam block corners in addition to a 4� barrier of foam in front of the drawers and a �� wood platform protect each piece of the loft bed.

Loft bed mattresses are not included.
